Currently a student at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver; Anushka has been awarded the prestigious Karen McKellin International Leader of Tomorrow Award to complete a Bachelor of International Economics. She describes herself as a young and passionate social entrepreneur interested in data and development. She began exploring the field quite early on and got an opportunity to attend the Yale Young Global Scholars Program with a scholarship.

Since 2016, she has been able to establish and work consistently as the founder and president of “AAN Charitable Trust” spearheading several projects – with “Good Touch Bad Touch Campaign” being the closest to her heart. She now works as a Research Assistant at the Vancouver School of Economics while continuing her studies and working remotely to support AAN’s latest endeavors. Her hope is to always keep learning, be open to growth, and work towards helping the communities around her.
